🛏️ SLEEP+BATH The home offers three comfortable bedrooms across two levels: • Main Level Bedroom: King bed with ceiling fan • Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Downstairs Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Living Room: Queen Koala sleeper sofa for additional guests All three bedrooms feature FIX LINENS sheets and Bed Threads duvet covers, bedside lamps on both sides of the bed, closet storage with hangers, and a convenient charging outlet at one bedside table. During the summer months, tabletop fans are provided in the downstairs bedrooms. In winter, each downstairs bedroom has a space heater for additional warmth. The home has 1.5 bathrooms plus a separate shower room, giving groups additional flexibility when getting ready. 🧴 BATH PRODUCTS Public Goods bath products are provided throughout the home, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, along with plush bath towels. 🍽️ KITCHEN+DINING The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The adjoining dining area features a large dining table with seating for 8 — perfect for shared meals, game nights or gathering together after a day in Pullman. ☕️ COFFEE+TEA Start your morning with a stocked coffee + tea station featuring Keurig pods, ground coffee, assorted teas, creamer and sugar. 🛋️ LIVING+GATHERING Relax in the comfortable living room with a Samsung Smart TV for your own streaming services. The premium Koala sleeper sofa easily converts into a queen bed when additional sleeping space is needed. 👶 FAMILY-FRIENDLY Traveling with little ones? A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available for guest use, and a baby gate can be installed by request before your arrival. 🌳 OUTDOOR SPACES The home offers several spots to enjoy some time outside. Directly off the kitchen is an elevated patio with an electric Weber grill, making it convenient to grill while preparing meals. Please note that this patio does not provide access to the lower/back outdoor area. You’re just one block from downtown Pullman and within walking distance of Washington State University, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, campus and everything that brings you to Pullman. 🔞 MINIMUM BOOKING AGE The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old. This requirement applies only to the booking guest, not to accompanying guests or children.

✨ GOOD TO KNOW The McKenzie BnB is a charming older home, and a few of its original features are part of its character. The stairs leading to the downstairs bedrooms are steeper than those in a modern home, and some of the original hardwood windows are single-pane. The home has central heat throughout. During the warmer months, a window AC unit is provided in the main-level dining area, with a ceiling fan in the king bedroom and tabletop fans provided in the downstairs bedrooms. 💛 A HOME WE LOVE The McKenzie BnB is more than just a rental to us — it’s a home we’ve poured a lot of care into.
